This will be a written plan and presentation to the administration representing a plan for assessment based on your theoretical perspective. You will detail an assessment plan for Cell Biology for one grading period describing how you plan to use either assessment of learning, for learning or as learning – or a combination of these. Major issues to be addressed include how formative evaluation will be included for instruction, how assessment will be made of both performance and critical thinking, a plan for implementation and dissemination as well as how grades will be shared with students and parents. Your plan will include the development of two rubrics. You will give an example of formative evaluation in your content area and detail its use, including remediating students. Your paper must include a minimum of 10 references and be at least 8-12 pages in length.
